Transfer the same amount from your personal account back into the organisation’s bank account.
3. Categorise both transactions the same way

4. Add a note
Briefly explain what happened on both transactions (e.g. “Personal purchase reimbursed”).
5. Prevent it next time
Consider safeguards like dual approval or clearer card use policies.
