“Good Numbers makes everything so easy. I think it’ll be much easier to find a treasurer when you’re using Good Numbers rather than traditional accounting software.”

Start as you mean to go on

Every charity registered on the Charities Register needs to report each year. Setting up a simple system from the beginning makes that first year-end much easier.

Good Numbers connects with your bank and helps you:

  • Keep your financial records up to date
  • Track grants and what the money was given for
  • Store receipts and other documents
  • Produce useful reports for your board
  • Prepare your charity’s year-end financial statements

It’s designed to be straightforward enough for a volunteer treasurer to use, with support available when you need it.

The offer

If your organisation is registered on the Charities Register and signs up before its first financial year ends, your first 12 months of Good Numbers will cost $110.

You’ll receive all Good Numbers features and our usual onboarding support. The introductory price applies regardless of your expenditure during that first financial year, provided Good Numbers is suitable for your charity.

After your first 12 months, your subscription will move to our usual pricing based on your charity’s annual expenditure.

Already partway through your first year?

That’s fine. You can sign up at any point before your first financial year-end. We can bring in transactions from earlier in the year and help you get your records up to date.

If your first financial year has already ended, you can still use Good Numbers, but we’ll assess your charity’s expenditure and apply our usual pricing.

Is Good Numbers right for your charity?

Good Numbers is designed for small registered charities with relatively straightforward finances. It’s particularly useful when your finances are looked after by a volunteer and you need to track grants, report to your board and meet your annual reporting requirements.

Answer a few short questions to check whether Good Numbers will meet your charity’s needs.
