The Good Numbers app supports multiple users accessing a single organisation's information. Within the app you can add new users, remove existing users, or transfer ownership from yourself to another user.

In this guide:
Head to Settings → People, and click the purple Invite people button.
Enter the email address of the person to add, then click the purple Send invitation button.
Note: At this time, an email address can only be associated with one organisation in Good Numbers. If the email address is already associated with a Good Numbers user, they will not be able to join your organisation.
Invitations are valid for 7 days, and you can review and cancel them on the People screen.
People invited will receive the invitation via email, similar to this:
When they click the link, the first thing they will need to do is verify their email and get a 6 digit One-Time-Password:
Enter the 6 digit code:
And then confirm they wish to join the organisation:
Finally, they will need to enter their name and agree to the Good Numbers Service Agreement.
On the people screen, clicking the three dots next to a user allows you to remove that user. Any Admin user can remove another user, except for the Owner.
Only an Owner can transfer ownership to another user. The Owner must transfer ownership before they can remove themselves from the organisation.
Note: If your owner is no longer part of the organisation or cannot be contacted, contact the Good Numbers team and we can change this for you.
